Fast Frame Edits is a real estate video editing service run by Silver Fox Productions LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, company, email address and mobile number when you sign up, book an edit or update your settings.
- Order details: listing address, agent name, notes, style preferences, and the footage and files you upload.
- Messages you send us by text, email, chat or Slack.
- Payment records. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't keep your full card number.
How we use it
- To edit and deliver your videos and handle revisions.
- To send you order updates, delivery and payment notices by email, and by text if you said yes to texts.
- To answer your questions and run your account.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the people and services that help us do the work: our editors (who see your order details and footage), and the companies that host our app and files, process payments, and deliver our emails and texts. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
What texts you get. If you tick “Text me about my orders” on our website or in your client portal, Fast Frame Edits will text you about your orders: order received, your edit is ready, revision updates, credits added to your account, payment receipts and payment notices, and reminders to approve a delivered edit. We also reply when you text us. We don't send marketing texts.
How often. Message frequency varies with how many orders you place.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out or get help. Reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts. Reply START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@fastframeedits.com or call 980-238-3214.
Your number stays with us. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Ticking the box is never required to buy from us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep things
Finished videos are kept for 1 year, then deleted. We keep account and order records while your account is open and as long as we need them for our business records.
Your choices
You can update your contact details and text settings in your client portal under Settings, reply STOP to any text, or email us to ask about or delete your information.
