These terms cover your use of Fast Frame Edits, a real estate video editing service run by Silver Fox Productions LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. By using our website or client portal, you agree to them.
The service
You send us your footage and details, we edit your video and deliver it in your client portal. Orders in by 9 PM are delivered by 5 PM the next day, every day of the week.
Credits and payment
Edits are paid with credits. 1 credit = $1. Each order uses the credits shown for its tier when you place it. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
Your footage
You keep the rights to your footage. You confirm you're allowed to send it to us, and you let us use it to make your edit. We only show your videos in our marketing if you tell us that's OK in your settings.
